February Community Workout
IT’S THAT TIME AGAIN…
Been thinking about changing up those stale workouts and are wondering if Crossfit is the way to go? Do you have a friend, coworker or family member who has become bored with their current workouts? Who has given up hope on this year’s New Year’s Resolutions?
Our COMMUNITY WORKOUTS are a great way to introduce you to our workouts!
We keep the programming simple, the workout between 30-45 minutes, all with no barbell movements!
Bring a friend, THIS SATURDAY, February 1st to the 8am workout and lets have some fun!
All fitness levels welcome! Please arrive a few minutes early to fill out a participation waiver before class begins.
