WOD Limit

Upper Limit's online workout program, WOD Limit, is for those who have limited equipment options,  little to no space and, in some cases, limited time! Of course, if you have more time and equipment, you have those options too! WOD Limit is a great option for those on a limited budget, who deserve great fitness programming! Stay connected to others accessing the program through our Wodify app. The app allows you to view daily workouts, record results, get to know and stay connected with our community and track your progress along the way!

What You Need to Get Started

You don't need to have a lot of experience or equipment, however, the desire to move is a must! Daily workouts include an instructional video where you will have access to a coach who will demo the movements, so you can get the most out of every workout. Our workouts require very little space and can be done in a short amount of time. Of course, if you have more time and equipment, you will have those options too! As an added bonus, you will have access to our coaches who will provide feedback on a variety of movements,  technique and skill work, to help you become better at your craft!

Our programs offer an incredible amount of variety when it comes to options and equipment used. We provide workouts Monday-Sunday! Each day there will be two program options to choose from. The RX Program is perfect for those with a bit more experience and equipment options, like a barbell and plates, while The Scaled Program is geared toward the beginner/intermediate athlete, using minimal equipment (like a pair of dumbbells and a jump rope). Workouts can be done in the privacy of your own home, a park or in a gym setting. Its up to YOU! We provide the programming, coaching and video demo's, you put in the work!
