CrossFit Upper Limit holds over 30 classes a week that can be scaled to any fitness level. Each class is 60 minutes long and includes a detailed warm-up to get you ready for the strength and metabolic conditioning (Metcon) workouts you will do during the class time
Our coaches are CrossFit Level 1 certified (at a minimum) and have an extensive background in coaching, education, health sciences and sports. They are approachable and are there to help you. Don’t hesitate to ask a question or for a scaling option, should you not feel comfortable doing the movements in the Workout of the Day (WOD).
We use WODIFY to set each of our members up for success, in and out of the box! Wodify allows our members the ability to log in, view workouts, submit their results and stay connected with their friends! Our members love the ability to integrate their results into a personalized app, that tracks all their hard work in the gym and gives them real-time results, through an online training log!
