Our Classes

Upper Limit classes are designed to push your limits while steadily moving the bar higher and higher toward remarkable results. Try one or try them all. And don’t be shy about taking a class you think might be too "tough" for you - we scale every workout to meet you where you are!
  • Foundations

    Foundation Training is designed to set you up for success in a safe and confident environment prior to entering our regular classes. You’ll learn what CrossFit is and why it is a great way to get you fit for life and other endeavors. These small-group classes teach you all the basics to get you ready for the intensity of CrossFit. Come prepared to learn new skills and sweat a little.

  • CrossFit

    Based on the CrossFit prescription of “constantly varied functional movement executed at high intensity,” our CrossFit program combines strength training with the “classic” CrossFit cardio workout. For this class, you could be working on pull-ups, rowing, burpees and much more. Every WOD is different so you never get bored! We scale each workout to your fitness level, so you get the maximum workout every time.

  • Barbell Basics

    Barbell Basics classes cover the basics of the two main movements used in CrossFit – the Clean & Jerk and the Snatch. Each class consists of one hour of expert coaching in a friendly, small group setting and covers a different aspect of the Snatch and Clean & Jerk as well as some accessory work to help build strength. If you feel your technique could use some work (and who doesn’t), join us! Lifters of ALL levels are welcome.

  • Upper Limit Competitors

    Upper Limit Competitors is currently part of our Open Gym. This class has its own programming and is for the more advanced athlete. This is where you will see your coaches grinding through their workouts, however, this is not a formally coached class. Coaches are there to assist in keeping everyone moving, but they are working out with the athletes. Upper Limit Competitors class typically runs 1 ½ – 2 hours.

  • Yoga

    Upper Limit Yoga classes are a place where passionate Yogi and CrossFit athlete exist. For the seasoned Yogi, there are a variety of familiar teaching styles including yin, flow and restorative yoga. For the athlete, incorporating balance, flexibility and mindfulness into a solid routine helps increase athletic performance and eminent PRs! Upper Limit Yoga is perfect for every BODY.

  • Personal Training

    In today’s busy world, it’s hard to find the time to get regular exercise. So it’s important to make the most of the time you have. CrossFit Upper Limit offers a wide range of personal workout programs to help you achieve your ideal body. Your personal trainer will develop an exercise regimen suited specifically for you, whether your goal is to gain muscle or lose weight.
